Due to the digital nature of my content, all purchases of individual chapters, collections, downloadable files, and custom content are final. Once a purchase has been completed and access or delivery has been provided, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered.
Please read each description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a chapter or collection, you're welcome to contact me before placing your order. If you experience a technical issue with your download or receive the incorrect file, I will gladly assist in resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
Web Design and Brand Arcitecture Payment Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any web design or brand architecture project commences. This deposit secures your booking, covers project planning, research, strategy, and the time allocated exclusively to your project.
The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion of the project and must be settled before the final website, design files, or brand assets are delivered or transferred.
As work begins immediately upon receipt of the deposit, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, any payments made up to that point will be retained to cover work completed, time invested, and resources allocated to the project.
